Andrew J. Kalt.  Principal.  Andrew Kalt is Managing Principal of Rockstreet Investments LLC. Andrew is an investor, attorney, and capital markets professional focused on discovering and elevating exceptional investment opportunities. Andrew assists select private fund sponsors to launch, operate, and distribute their investment programs. Since 2007, Andrew has advised sponsors from a strategic, legal, and marketing perspective as they develop investment offerings designed to attract sophisticated investors.  Andrew graduated magna cum laude from the George Washington University in 2006 with a BBA in Finance and International Business. He received JD and MBA degrees from Emory University School of Law and Goizueta Business School in 2010 and was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society for outstanding academic achievement.
